The petition below was written for several reasons. It's main purpose is in the
hopes that the State of Connecticut will prosecute the guilty party of Sierra
Giorgi's death, to the fullest capacity under state law. We hope that he will
not be allowed to walk the streets as a free man again.
By signing this on-line petition, you state that you have not previously signed
the petition in any form, and will not make any duplicate entries of any type
pertaining to this petition.

We, the undersigned, request that the States Attorney, Kevin Kane, prosecute the
person responsible for this crime against Sierra Giorgi to the fullest capacity
under Connecticut law. Sierra's son has lost an irreplaceable mother, and the
community has lost a valuable and much loved member. The individual responsible
for this selfish crime does not value life and does not have the right to be
free in our society to commit this crime again. Please do all that is in your
power that the person responsible never walks the streets as a free man again.
